目的了解娱乐场所服务人员艾滋病相关知识、行为及需求情况,为制定针对该人群的干预策略提供依据。方法选择长春市绿园区等4个城区的20家娱乐场所,对从事商业性性行为的人员进行面对面问卷调查。结果调查的205名服务女性中,艾滋病预防知识的总平均知晓率为67.60%,对“感染艾滋病病毒后外表看上去是否与正常人一样”等5个问题全部回答正确的比例为8.91%;自报最近3个月发生性行为时每次都使用安全套的占61.58%,最近3次至少出现1次破裂或滑脱有21.47%;购买的安全套价格在6元/盒(12只装)以下的占76.14%;被调查者中95.00%希望获得更多的预防艾滋病知识。结论娱乐场所服务女性艾滋病预防意识较低、安全套正确使用率低、安全套质量差、应制定针对其性行为改变的策略,预防性病、艾滋病向一般人群的传播和蔓延。
Objective To understand the AIDS related knowledge, behavior and demand situation of service personnel in entertainment places, and provide basis for formulating intervention strategies for this group of people. Methods Twenty entertainment establishments in four urban districts such as the Luyuan District in Changchun City were selected to conduct face-to-face questionnaire surveys for those who engage in commercial sex. Among the 205 service women surveyed, the average awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge was 67.60%, and the proportion of all five questions that answered the question “is it the same as the appearance of normal people after HIV infection?” was 8.91%; 61.58% of condoms were used every time during the last 3 months of sexual activity. At least 1 break or slip occurred at 21.47% for the last 3 times. The price of condoms purchased was below 6 yuan/box (12 packs). 76.14%; 95.00% of the respondents wanted more knowledge of AIDS prevention. [Conclusion] The awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention in entertainment places is low, the correct use rate of condoms is low, and the quality of condoms is poor. Strategies for sexual behavior change should be formulated to prevent the spread and spread of sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS to the general population.
