Radiation therapy quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) have always been central to radiation therapy. With the continuous advancement of radiation physics and the application of computers in medical work, modern radiotherapy techniques are increasingly becoming more sophisticated and complicated. Strict QA and QC procedures are the prerequisites for achieving the desired results. The International Organization for Standardization defines QA as: To be full
