混合室结构对脉冲爆轰发动机工作过程影响的试验研究

为了改善两相脉冲爆轰发动机内燃油雾化混合效果,通过试验研究了文氏管、挡板、掺混器、文氏管和挡板组合、文氏管和掺混器组合这五种不同的混合室结构对管内雾化混合和燃烧转爆轰过程的影响。试验结果表明:两种组合型混合室结构的雾化混合效果优于其他三种混合室结构。文氏管和挡板组合虽然雾化效果稍弱于文氏管和掺混器组合,但是径向液滴分布上更为合理;低频时,安装文氏管和挡板平均压力峰值最高能达到4.4MPa;高频时,安装文氏管和掺混器工作频率最高能达到32Hz;在试验范围内,改善混合室结构,形成雾化效果好和分布合理的可爆混合物有利于提高脉冲爆轰发动机的工作频率。 In order to improve the atomization and mixing effect of the fuel in the two-phase pulse detonation engine, five different combinations of venturi, baffle, blender, venturi and baffle, venturi and blender were studied Effect of mixing chamber structure on atomization mixing and combustion to detonation in tube.
