《远东国际军事法庭庭审记录》是东京审判的核心文献,由于卷帙浩繁,日本和西方曾编有多种检索类工具书。这些工具书各有其用,不足是这些工具书的可索范围都不够充分,比如可索人物仅占全部人物的十分之一。有鉴于此,为配合交大、国图版《远东国际军事法庭庭审记录》的出版,上海交通大学东京审判研究中心花费大力编纂了《远东国际军事法庭庭审记录索引、附录》。在编纂过程中我们对庭审记录作了全面核查,发现了各种问题,其中人名问题就有拼法歧异、称谓不同、音训读并列、误认汉字、误记身份、以他(它)名为本名、不同语种并存、英日文本异文、不明所以的错误、无法判别正误等情况,这些问题虽只有文献学的意义,但作为深入研究东京审判的基础,清理并解决的必要性是不言而喻的。 The trial record of the Far East International Military Tribunal is the core document of the Tokyo trial. Due to the voluminous volumes, Japan and the West have compiled a variety of reference books. These tools have their own uses, not enough is that these tools are not enough of the available range, such as the searchable figures account for only one-tenth of all people. In view of this, in order to cope with the publication of the trial version of the Far Eastern International Military Tribunal published by the National Chiao Tung University and the national version, the Tokyo Judicial Research Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University drastically compiled the Index and Appendices of the Trial Records of the Far East International Military Tribunal. During the course of compiling, we conducted a complete verification of the court trial records and found various problems. Among them, there were spelling differences and appellations in the issue of name names. For the sake of its own name, the coexistence of different languages, the incompatibility between the English and Japanese texts, the unidentified mistakes, and the inability to distinguish between right and wrong, these problems are only the significance of philology.
