氨基酸根据化学结构分为芳香氨基酸和支链氨基酸,后者主要由肝脏合成(故在肝脏病变时,体内支链氨基酸水平下降)。支链氨基酸可以有效改善肌肉对氧气的利用,帮助身体强力阻抗肌肉分解和肌肉营养要素的流失,增强肌肉的抗强能力,降低肌肉的损伤。因此,不少热爱运动的人都热衷于补充支链氨基酸补充剂。但实际上,通过食物也可以补充支链氨基酸。
Amino acids are divided into aromatic amino acids and branched-chain amino acids based on their chemical structure. The latter is mainly synthesized by the liver (so the level of branched-chain amino acids decreases when the liver is diseased). Branched-chain amino acids can effectively improve muscle oxygen utilization, help the body strong resistance to muscle breakdown and loss of muscle nutrients, enhance muscle resistance to strong, reduce muscle damage. Therefore, many people who love sports are keen on supplementing branched-chain amino acid supplements. In fact, however, branched-chain amino acids can also be supplemented with food.
