用电脉冲和药物刺激法研究了三种大鼠的游离门静脉条、尾动脉条和肠系膜动脉丛去甲肾上腺素(NE)的释放。结果表明:(1)自发性高血压大鼠和对照组相比,血管神经突触NE释放显著增多;(2)神经肽Y(NPY)在血管神经突触对肾上腺素能神经冲动的传递起调节作用。
The release of norepinephrine (NE) from the free portal vein strips, tail artery strips, and mesenteric artery plexus of three kinds of rats was studied by electrical and drug stimulation. The results showed that: (1) Compared with the control group, spontaneous hypertensive rats significantly increased the NE release of vascular synapses; (2) neuropeptide Y (NPY) played an important role in the transmission of adrenergic nerve impulses by vascular neurites Regulatory effect.
