当前,传统媒体在新媒体的冲击下进入一个转型时期,深圳报业集团在办好各大主报和深圳新闻网的同时,早在2006年就已开通了房地网、车城网、搜购网、问工网四大特色网站。2007年,为了提高新闻报料工作效率、保证工作流程顺畅、加强报社与社会、读者友好沟通以及良性互动,增加报料数量、提高报料质量、增强系统人性化,深圳报业集团决定在原报料平台基础上,建设一个以电话为主,集成电话、短信、网络三位一体,充分利用和发挥集团已有呼叫中心硬件平台的功能优势,实现报料与广告、发行对接,运作成本低廉的报料系统。同时结合未来呼叫中心发展趋势,不但要解决坐席一对多服务,同时要能分报刊、多渠道、全方位服务进行多媒体报料服务。
