目的:探讨甘露糖受体与配体在视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞表面及视杆细胞外节(ROS)膜表面的存在和分布。方法:将12只Wistar大鼠的视网膜组织分为实验组和对照组,采用胶体金吸附过氧化酶,再经亲和法与刀豆球蛋白A(ConA)结合标记ConA受体的方法进行研究,结果:实验组RPE细胞微绒毛及接近RPE顶部的ROS膜表面均有胶体金际记物,吞入RPE细胞内的ROS表面无胶体金标记物,结论:RPE细胞和ROS膜表面有甘露糖受体和配体存在。
Objective: To investigate the presence and distribution of mannose receptor and ligand on the surface of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells and on the surface of rod extracellular (ROS) membrane. Methods: The retinal tissues of 12 Wistar rats were divided into experimental group and control group. Adsorption of peroxidase by colloidal gold followed by ConA binding with conA receptor by affinity method was studied Results: There were no colloidal gold labels on the surfaces of RPE microvilli in the experimental group and the ROS membrane near the top of RPE, and there was no colloidal gold on the surface of RPE cells. Conclusion: The surface of RPE cells and ROS membrane has mannose Receptors and ligands exist.
