目的了解和掌握安阳市市售生鲜肉类食品受EHECO157:H7污染的状况。方法从安阳市市售生鲜类食品中随机采样,选择增菌培养后,用免疫磁珠富集分离病原菌,应用VITEK-32全自动微生物分析系统和血清学方法鉴定,并用PCR方法进行STX1、STX2、eaeA、hlyA、rfbO157和flicH7基因检测。结果从一份生羊肉中分离到一株大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7,该菌株有rfbO157、flicH7、STX2、eaeA和hlyA基因,不含有STX1。结论此次从生羊肉中分离出带有毒性基因的O157:H7。该菌在我市食品中的存在有引起食源性疾病的潜在危险性,须引起重视,加强防范。
Objective To understand and master the status of EHECO157: H7 fresh meat products on the market in Anyang. Methods Random samples were collected from the fresh foodstuffs in Anyang City. After selective enrichment culture, the pathogenic bacteria were isolated by immunomagnetic beads and identified by VITEK-32 automatic microbiological analysis system and serological method. The expression of STX1, STX2, eaeA, hlyA, rfbO157 and flicH7 genes. Results A strain of Escherichia coli O157: H7 was isolated from a raw lamb with rfbO157, flicH7, STX2, eaeA and hlyA genes and no STX1. Conclusion O157: H7 with toxic genes was isolated from raw mutton. The presence of bacteria in our city has the potential risk of foodborne diseases, which should be paid more attention to.
