目的 :探讨cyclinE蛋白在人骨肉瘤中的表达及其与骨肉瘤发生、发展和病理分型的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测 3 0例骨肉瘤和 10例骨软骨瘤中cyclinE蛋白的表达情况。结果 :cyclinE蛋白在骨肉瘤中阳性表达率为 93 3 3 %,在骨软骨瘤中阳性表达率为 3 0 %,其差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。cyclinE蛋白在骨肉瘤高分化组阳性表达率为 85 71%,在骨肉瘤低分化组的阳性表达率为 95 65 %,其差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。比较cyclinE蛋白在骨肉瘤各病理亚型染色结果的差异无显著性 ( P >0 0 5 )。结论 :cyclinE蛋白表达与骨肉瘤发生、发展密切相关 ,可作为骨肉瘤的辅助诊断指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclinE protein in human osteosarcoma and its relationship with the occurrence, development and pathological type of osteosarcoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of cyclinE protein in 30 osteosarcoma and 10 osteochondroma. Results: The positive rate of cyclinE protein was 93.3% in osteosarcoma and 30% in osteochondroma, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of cyclinE protein in osteosarcoma highly differentiated group was 85 71%, while in osteosarcoma poorly differentiated group 95.5%, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the staining results of cyclinE protein between different pathological subtypes of osteosarcoma (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of cyclinE protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma and may be used as an auxiliary diagnostic indicator for osteosarcoma.
