鹤壁矿务局运输带厂,是以生产矿用阻燃输送带为主的专业化工厂。1985年开始执行全面质量管理,产品质量稳步提高。 1990年6月上旬,经河南省煤炭厅、河南省技术监督局质量监测所复查验收,该厂的阻燃输送带以100分的成绩继续保持了5年省优质产品的水平。 实现全面质量管理,提高产品质量,首先从提高广大职工的质量意识、树立质量第一的观念入手。为此,该厂先后举办了8期“全面质量管理基本知识”学习班。1989年至1990年5月,该厂参加全国统考成绩合格的工人占总数的35.6%,中层以上干部参加全国统考成绩合格者占96.6%,为全厂职工由速度效益观念转变为质量效益观念打下基础。在此基础上,该厂还建立了三级质量管理网。即:厂建立了全面质量管理委员会和全面质量管理办公室;车间、科室成立了质量领导小组;各班组设置了兼职质量管理员。同时,全厂各类人员都分别建立了质量责任制。
Hebi Mining Bureau transport belt factory, is the production of mine flame retardant conveyor belt based professional chemical plant. The implementation of total quality management began in 1985, with the product quality steadily improving. In early June 1990, the Coal Department of Henan Province, Henan Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision, Inspection and re-inspection inspection and acceptance, the plant’s flame retardant conveyor belt with a score of 100 to maintain the level of five years of provincial quality products. To achieve total quality management and improve product quality, we should start with the idea of improving the quality awareness of workers and the quality first. To this end, the plant has held eight “basic knowledge of total quality management” classes. From 1989 to May 1990, 35.6% of the workers who participated in the national examination of uniformed enterprises were qualified. 96.6% of middle-ranking cadres who participated in the national examination of uniformed persons accounted for 96.6% of the total workers, and laid down the concept that all workers in the factory changed from speed-benefit concept to quality benefit concept basis. On this basis, the plant also established a three-tier quality management network. Namely: The factory established a total quality management committee and total quality management office; workshops, departments set up a quality leadership team; each team set up part-time quality administrator. At the same time, all kinds of staff in the whole factory have established quality responsibility system respectively.
