目的:考察黄芩提取物(SBG)对H_2O_2所致正常人红细胞(RBCs)氧化的保护作用。方法:将RBCs用黄芩提取物SBG预孵育,经H_2O_2处理后对红细胞溶血作用、脂质过氧化(MDA)、ROS及met-Hb含量进行分析。结果:含有指标成分黄芩苷的SBG对H_2O_2致红细胞损伤致氧化应激溶血率、MDA、ROS及met-Hb含量均具有改善作用,不同SBG中黄芩苷含量较低时改善作用相对较弱。讨论:SBG中的黄酮类化合物具有潜在的抗氧化活性,且黄芩提取物可能对人体血液系统氧化应激具有改善作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (SBG) on the oxidation of normal human erythrocytes (RBCs) induced by H_2O_2. Methods: RBCs were pre-incubated with Scutellaria baicalensis extract (SBG), and hemolysis, lipid peroxidation (MDA), ROS and met-Hb content were analyzed after H 2 O 2 treatment. Results: SBG containing the baicalin as an index could improve the hemolysis rate, the contents of MDA, ROS and met-Hb in H 2 O 2 -induced erythrocyte injury, and the effect was weaker when the content of baicalin in different SBG was lower. DISCUSSION: Flavonoids in SBG have potential antioxidant activity, and Scutellariae Radix extract may improve the oxidative stress of human blood system.
