机床传动装置内的动负荷往往对机床的寿命及其工作质量起着决定性的影响。降低主运动传动装置内的动负荷可以提高机床的高速性和寿命。所以在改装机床时必须确定机床在各种不同工作范围下传动装置零件所受的应力,并与许可应力进行比较。通常根据机床最困难的工作条件来计算传动装置的零件和确定零件上最大的许可应力。从使用机床传动装置的实践中得知:瞬变过程中传动装置零件上的瞬时应力有时显著地超过机床工作规范内的规定应力。
The dynamic loads in the transmission of the machine tool often have a decisive influence on the life of the machine tool and the quality of its work.
