建立了粗糙波面点扩散函数。所建立的点扩散函数，包括“核”和“晕圈”两部份，前者随粗糙度的增加而减少，后者随粗糙度的增加而增加。
The rough wave surface point spread function is established. The established point spread function includes two parts, “core” and “halo”. The former decreases with the increase of roughness, while the latter increases with the increase of roughness.
