官员问责,现在成了大家共同关注的焦点,从2003年SARS席卷全国导致前卫生部长张文康、北京市长孟学农以十分隐晦的方式辞职,开我国政治生活中官员引咎辞职的先例,到2004年中石油总经理马富才、北京市密云县县长张文、吉林省吉林市市长刚占标等人的明确去职,2005年则有中国国家环境保护总局局长解振华因松花江环境污染事件提出辞职,人们发现官员不再是仅仅因为直接责任才会免职,以往一般以所谓“领导责任”为由就轻易过关的领导
Officials' accountability has now become the focus of attention of all people.
