故障现象一辆2011年生产的途观车,搭载CEA1.8TSI发动机和6挡手自一体自动变速器,行驶里程约为3.7万km。该车因OBD灯异常点亮而进厂检修。故障诊断与排除经询问驾驶人得知,该车不久前曾出过事故,并在其他修理厂维修过。试车验证故障,发现组合仪表上的OBD灯异常点亮,故障确实存在。连接VAS5051B,进入网关安装列表查看,发现发动机电子设备有故障(图1);进入发动机电子设备读取故障代码,得到故障代码如图2所示。
Trouble phenomenon A timid car produced in 2011, equipped with CEA1.8TSI engine and automatic 6-speed automatic transmission, mileage is about 37000 km. The car into the factory due to abnormal OBD lights lit maintenance. Troubleshooting After consultation with the driver that the car had been an accident not long ago, and repaired in other repair shop. Test to verify the failure and found that the combination of OBD lights on the instrument abnormal light, the fault does exist. Connect VAS5051B, enter the gateway installation list view, found that the engine electronics have a fault (Figure 1); into the engine electronics read the fault code, the fault code shown in Figure 2.
