[目的]分离与鉴定具有解钾能力的芽孢杆菌,并对筛选出的细菌进行代谢产物分析。[方法]从土壤中分离得到1株具有解钾能力且有一定抗逆性的菌株YJ09,对其进行生理生化性质研究、16S rRNA序列分析,并考察解钾菌培养液中的组分及各组分对钾长石的分解作用。[结果]菌株YJ09为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis);解钾菌培养液中含有0.54g/L的有机酸、0.413 mg/L的氨基酸和2.80 g/L的多糖,起解钾作用的主要是多糖。[结论]该研究为具有解钾能力的地衣芽孢杆菌在微生物肥料中的应用提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to isolate and identify Bacillus with potassium-solubilizing ability and analyze the metabolites of selected bacteria. [Method] A strain YJ09 with a certain potassium resistance and a certain resistance to stress was isolated from soil.
