食品伙伴网讯据外媒报道,《美国医学会杂志·内科学》一项研究揭示,素食能显著减少部分癌症风险。之前的研究表明:素食能降低很多疾病的发病率,包括某些癌症、心脏病、糖尿病、高血压及肥胖。该研究的新意在于将素食者分门别类,以及将素食和其它食物结合起来,验证其效果。美国加州洛玛·林达大学医学和公共健康教授奥利奇(Dr.Michael Orlich)主持这项研究。
According to foreign media reports, “American Medical Association Journal of Internal Medicine,” a study revealed that vegetarian diet can significantly reduce the risk of some cancers. Previous studies have shown that vegetarian diet can reduce the incidence of many diseases, including certain cancers, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and obesity. The new idea of the research is to classify vegetarians and to combine vegetarian and other foods to verify their effectiveness. Dr. Michael Orlich, a professor of medicine and public health at Loma Linda University in California, chaired the study.
