通过对比商业化的抑制剂颜料铬酸锶和改性多聚磷酸锶铝,研究了新型绿色抑制剂颜料-肉桂酸铈对轨道交通用7XXX铝合金的腐蚀抑制行为和含肉桂酸铈环氧涂层的腐蚀防护行为。浸泡实验的结果表明,肉桂酸铈和铬酸锶对铝合金的腐蚀具有优秀的抑制作用。极化曲线(PDS)的结果表明,改性多聚磷酸锶铝在浸泡初期对铝合金具有较强的腐蚀抑制能力,而这种腐蚀抑制能力在浸泡后期弱于肉桂酸铈和铬酸锶。研究了含有1%(质量分数)以上3种抑制剂颜料环氧漆的腐蚀行为,电化学阻抗谱(EIS)结果表明,含有1%肉桂酸铈的环氧涂层具有优秀的腐蚀防护能力。
By comparing the commercial inhibitor strontium chromate and modified strontium aluminum polyphosphate, the corrosion inhibition behavior of cerium cinnamate on 7XXX aluminum alloy for rail transit and the effect of cerium cinnamate epoxy coating Layer corrosion protection behavior. The results of soaking experiments show that cerium cinnamate and strontium chromate have excellent inhibition on the corrosion of aluminum alloy. The result of polarization curve (PDS) showed that the strontium aluminum polyphosphate modified aluminum alloy had a strong corrosion inhibition ability on the aluminum alloy at the early stage of soaking, and the corrosion inhibition ability was weaker than that of cerium cinnaminate and strontium chromate at the late stage of soaking. The corrosion behavior of three pigmented epoxy paints with 1% (mass fraction) inhibitor was studied. The results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) showed that the epoxy coating containing 1% cerium cinnamate has excellent corrosion protection.
