研究了固溶及时效处理对La变质4004铝合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明:随着固溶温度的升高、固溶时间的延长,合金中共晶硅熔断并粒化,500℃固溶6 h时性能达到最佳;随着时效温度的升高、时效时间的延长,合金硬度先升高后降低,时效温度为200℃、时效时间6 h时其硬度达到最高值112 HBW。变质4004铝合金最佳热处理工艺为:500℃×6 h固溶+200℃×6 h时效。
The effects of solution treatment and aging treatment on microstructure and properties of La-degenerated 4004 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that with the increase of solution temperature and solution time, the eutectic silicon in the alloy melts and pelletizes and reaches its optimum when the solution is solvated at 500 ℃ for 6 h. With the aging temperature increasing, the aging time The hardness of the alloy first increases and then decreases, the aging temperature is 200 ℃, and the hardness reaches the maximum of 112 HBW when the aging time is 6 h. The optimal heat treatment process of the modified 4004 aluminum alloy is: 500 ℃ × 6 h solution + 200 ℃ × 6 h aging.
