目的探讨前列腺增生与前列腺癌超声造影剂灌注时间-强度曲线特点。方法23例前列腺增生和17例前列腺癌患者经静脉团注SonoVue混悬液2.4ml,选择内、外腺灌注强的部位(高灌区)测定时间-强度曲线。结果前列腺高灌区时间-强度曲线形态显示前列腺增生外腺呈低强度逐渐减弱,内腺呈中等强度快速排出,前列腺癌外腺和内腺均呈中高强度缓慢排出。前列腺癌高灌区造影剂曲线的上升斜率、90s和150s的平均强度及曲线下面积均显著大于前列腺增生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和<0.01)。结论前列腺内腺和外腺高灌区造影定量分析有助于前列腺增生与前列腺癌的鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of time-intensity curve of prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic carcinoma contrast medium perfusion. Methods Twenty - three cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 17 cases of prostate cancer were enrolled in this study. 2.4 ml of SonoVue suspension was dosed intravenously, and the time - intensity curve of the hypereused area was measured. Results The time-intensity curve of prostatic hyperplasia showed that the appearance of extra-gland of benign prostatic hyperplasia gradually weakened, the internal gland rapidly excreted with moderate intensity, and the extra-glandular gland and gland of prostate gland were excreted moderately and strongly. The rising slope of the contrast agent curve in high irrigation area of prostate cancer showed that the mean intensity at 90s and 150s and the area under the curve were significantly higher than that of benign prostatic hyperplasia (P <0.05 and <0.01). Conclusions Quantitative analysis of contrast-enhanced prostate gland and extra-gland high-irrigation area is helpful for the differential diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer.
