乡土资源作为当代教育领域具有开发潜力的课程资源之一,越来越受到艺术界、教育界等各界有识之士的关注和重视。乡土资源形式多样内容丰富,可分为自然地理资源、人文历史资源和社会发展资源等。乡土资源这种独特的艺术形式和文化形态,是当地劳动人民共同的记忆和身份的象征,凝聚着当地劳动人民淳朴、深厚的感情气质和审美习惯,是长时期历史文化的沉淀和智慧创造的结晶,是灿烂的中华民族文化艺术的渊源和灵魂,有着深刻和广泛的文化内涵和艺术审美价值。在倡导素质教育的今天,应开发和利用优秀的乡土资源,补充和完善我国现有的美术教育体系,利用农村自然风光资源,让身边的美走进课堂,有效推进美术新课程改革。
