本文通过对广东省某争创“三甲”医院的人力资源管理现状进行分析,寻找医院在人力资源管理方面的弊端,并对其提出相应对策,使医院建立起一个充满生机与活力的人力资源管理机制,从而为医院在新的形势下抓住契机发展自己。
