Generally believed that the ladder to adapt to the ladder or adapt to physical exercise can improve the body’s ability to adapt to hypoxia. However, these studies did not address the changes in the cardiovascular system to adapt to the ladder and during exercise. This article examines the effects of stepwise hypoxia and exercise on heart structure and function in order to understand the role of the cardiovascular system in adapting to exercise. Twelve of the 1889-meter-high plateau (Kunming) male youths arrived in Chongqing for three days by airplane and decompressed to 2000 meters for 5 days in depressurization compartments. They spent 11 days each in 3000 and 4000 meters, depressurized for 3 hours a day . During this time, subjects entered
