老年大学的校园文化有助于构建学校不同层面、不同群体共同的道德准则、价值取向和情感诉求,有助于为全体师生员工营造充分的发展空间。校园文化以其特有的导向功能、凝聚功能、规范功能、融合功能、辐射功能,激励着学校办学品位的提升。本文结合吉林省老干部大学多年办学实践,阐述了老年大学校园文化建设的目标性、个性化、恒久性、主体性、教育性原则;并从建设完善的文化基础设施,践行校训、校风,打造浓郁文化氛围的校园、教室环境,精心组织丰富多彩的校园文化活动,发挥校长的角色核心作用等五个实践层面对加强校园文化建设的主要途径进行了论述。
The university campus culture helps to build a common moral code, value orientation and emotional appeal of different levels and groups in schools and helps to create ample room for development for all teachers and students. Campus culture with its unique guiding function, cohesion function, standardization function, fusion function, radiation function, inspire the improvement of school quality. Based on the practice of veteran cadre universities in Jilin province for many years, this article elaborates the objective, individuality, permanence, subjectivity and educational principles of the campus culture construction in senile universities. From the perspective of building a sound cultural infrastructure, Rich cultural atmosphere of the campus, classroom environment, carefully organize colorful campus cultural activities, play a central role in the role of principals and other five practical aspects of the main ways to strengthen the campus culture.
