在工业建筑中有许多厂房需要设置气楼,以满足通风和采光的要求。然而某些厂房特别是多跨厂房,只要求采光,并无通风的特殊需要,如果设置气楼,不仅使厂房结构复杂,增加屋面漏水的因素,而且浪费材料和投资,也给施工增加困难。为了解决这个问题,我们在浙江大学和省工业设计院协助下,在设计浙江机械厂某车间和杭州齿轮箱厂某车间中革新了“采光‘F’板”。这种板的采光照明好,简化了厂房结构,便于施工安装,节约材料和投资,取得了较好的技术经济效果。“采光‘F’型板”的结构型式和“自防水‘F’型预应力屋面板”一样,外型几何尺寸也完全相同,所不同者,仅在面极上开了10个760×510的方洞,以便安装明窗玻璃。面板厚3cm,配7φ4予应力钢筋,主肋各配8φ5予应力钢筋。
In industrial buildings, there are many factories that need to set up gas buildings to meet the requirements of ventilation and lighting. However, some factories, especially multi-span buildings, only require lighting and no special needs for ventilation. In order to solve this problem, with the assistance of Zhejiang University and the Provincial Institute of Industrial Design, we innovated the “Lighting ’F’ board” in designing a workshop at the Zhejiang Machinery Plant and a workshop at the Hangzhou Gearbox Factory. This board has good lighting and lighting, which simplifies the structure of the factory building, facilitates construction and installation, saves materials and investment, and achieves good technical and economic results. The “lighting ’F’ plate” structure is the same as the “self-waterproofing ’F’ prestressed roof plate.” The outer geometry is also the same.
