2005年10月21日,国际古迹遗址理事会第15届大会在西安召开,会议通过了《西安宣言》。《西安宣言》提出了“周边环境”的概念,并对其内涵和重要性进行了诠释。基于“周边环境”这一新概念,我们对于城市社区文物建筑的保护工作,需要改变旧有的观念及措施,不但要保护文物建筑本身,而且也要保护其周边环境。本文讨论了周边环境与城市社区文物建筑之间的关系,并提出了对城市社区文物建筑周边环境保护的四方面措施。
On October 21, 2005, the 15th conference of the International Council on Monuments and Sites was held in Xi'an, and the conference adopted the “Declaration of Xi'an.” The Xi'an Declaration puts forward the concept of “surrounding environment” and interprets its connotation and importance. Based on the new concept of “surrounding environment ”, we need to change the old concepts and measures for the protection of urban community cultural relics and buildings, not only to protect the buildings themselves, but also to protect the surrounding environment. This paper discusses the relationship between the surrounding environment and urban community cultural relics architecture and puts forward four measures to protect the surrounding environment of urban community cultural relics buildings.
