目的:研究糖尿病对缺血性脑卒中患者的血清细胞因子表达水平的影响。方法:采用回顾性研究法,选择2012年1月~2013年1月我院神经内科被诊断为首次发病的急性缺血性脑卒中患者120例,检测并比较合并糖尿病和未合并糖尿病患者急性期血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)和转化生长因子(TGF-β1)的表达水平。结果:合并糖尿病患者的急性期血清TNF-α、IL-6和TGF-β1分别为(220.34±14.89)ng·L~(-1)、(410.74±24.34)ng·L~(-1)和(192.36±9.06)ng·L~(-1);未合并糖尿病患者的急性期血清TNF-α、IL-6和TGF-β1分别为(210.67±14.98)ng·L~(-1)、(389.76±15.43)ng·L~(-1)和(210.51±12.47)ng·L~(-1),两组患者的IL-6、TGF-β1水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者脑卒中后血清中致炎因子高于非糖尿病患者,发生炎性反应的危险较高,起修复能力的细胞因子低于非糖尿病患者,发病后恢复能力相比较差。
Objective: To study the effect of diabetes on serum cytokine expression in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to select 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were diagnosed as first-episode neurology in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013. The patients with diabetes mellitus and non-diabetic patients were detected and compared in acute phase Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and transforming growth factor (TGF-β1) Results: The serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and TGF-β1 in patients with diabetes mellitus were (220.34 ± 14.89) ng · L -1, (410.74 ± 24.34) ng · L -1 and (192.36 ± 9.06) ng · L -1. The serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and TGF-β1 in patients without diabetes mellitus were (210.67 ± 14.98) ng · L -1, 389.76 ± 15.43 ng · L -1 and 210.51 ± 12.47 ng · L -1, respectively. There were significant differences in the levels of IL-6 and TGF-β1 between the two groups (P0.05) . CONCLUSIONS: Serum inflammatory factors in stroke patients with diabetes are higher than those in non-diabetic patients, and the risk of inflammatory reaction is high. The cytokines that are capable of repairing are lower than those of non-diabetic patients, and their recovery ability is poor after onset.
