【目的】为小黑麦在盐胁迫下的耐盐生理研究及其耐盐育种提供基本的参考依据。【方法】以4个春性小黑麦品种为材料,研究不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4混合盐溶液对小黑麦种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响,采用隶属函数法进行耐盐性综合评价。【结果】随着盐分浓度的增加,4个小黑麦品种的种子发芽率、鲜重、地上干重、地下干重、苗高和根数都呈下降趋势,均与盐浓度呈不同程度的负相关。盐胁迫下,小黑麦的根长则呈先上升后下降趋势。4个品种发芽率和苗期指标存在较大差别。【结论】根据耐盐性综合评价值,供试4个小黑麦品种的耐盐性顺序为:新小黑麦5号>新小黑麦1号>新小黑麦3号>新小黑麦4号。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to provide a basic reference for the salt tolerance physiological research and salt tolerance breeding of Triticale. 【Method】 Four spring triticale varieties were used as materials to study the effects of different concentrations of NaCl and Na2SO4 mixed salt solution on the seed germination and seedling growth of triticale. The salt tolerance was evaluated by membership function. 【Result】 With the increase of salt concentration, the seed germination rate, fresh weight, aboveground dry weight, underground dry weight, seedling height and root number of 4 triterpenes all showed a decreasing trend, both of which had different degrees of salt concentration Negative correlation. Under salt stress, the root length of Triticeae first increased and then decreased. Four varieties of germination rate and seedling indicators there is a big difference. 【Conclusion】 According to the comprehensive assessment of salt tolerance, the order of salt tolerance for the four triticale varieties tested was: New Triticale No. 5> New Triticale No. 1> New Triticale No. 3> New Black Wheat 4.
