和谐的劳动关系是构建和谐社会的重要基础,民营企业的劳动关系逐渐成为中国劳动关系的主流。现阶段我国关于民营企业和谐劳动关系评价的研究尚处于起步阶段,建立科学的劳动关系定量评价体系具有重要意义。一、设计评价指标体系(一)评价指标的初设关于企业和谐劳动关系的评价指标主要有劳动合同、劳动保护、工资制度、特殊人员保护、社会保障、劳动安全卫生、劳动争议及处理、工会制度等。
Harmonious labor relations is an important foundation for building a harmonious society. The labor relations of private enterprises have gradually become the mainstream of China’s labor relations. At present, the research on the evaluation of harmonious labor relations of private enterprises in our country is still in its infancy, and it is of great significance to establish a scientific quantitative evaluation system of labor relations. I. Design Evaluation Index System (I) Initial Evaluation of Evaluation Index The evaluation indexes of the harmonious labor relations of enterprises mainly include labor contract, labor protection, salary system, special personnel protection, social security, labor safety and hygiene, labor dispute and handling, trade union System and so on.
