作为培养小学师资的师范学校,我校在长期坚持教师职业技能训练的基础上,对教师职业技能训练方案进行了大胆改革。在新的训练方案实施一年多后,我们从训练意义、指导实习、小学需求等方面设计了30个问题,对在校生进行了问卷调查,用以了解训练方案的实施情况,为今后的发展提供思路。本文就是针对这次调查情况进行的汇报与分析。
As a normal school for training primary school teachers, our college boldly reformed the teachers ’vocational skills training programs on the basis of long-term teachers’ vocational skills training. After more than one year of implementation of the new training program, we designed 30 questions in the aspects of training significance, guiding practice and primary school needs. We conducted a questionnaire survey among the students to understand the implementation of the training program for future development Provide ideas.
