目的:比较分析同基原多部位入药紫苏类药材(紫苏叶、紫苏梗及紫苏子)挥发性成分的差异。方法:采用HSGC/MS技术分析紫苏类药材中挥发性成分,用峰面积归一法测定各成分的相对百分含量,并考察其共有成分的含量变化。结果:初步分离鉴定出紫苏叶、紫苏梗、紫苏子中挥发性成分分别为47种、39种、46种;共有成分17种,主为β-石竹烯、紫苏酮、α-石竹烯、柠檬烯、芳樟醇、蘑菇醇、α-香柠檬烯、芹菜脑等。结论:为科学阐释同基原多部位入药紫苏类药材传统功效的差异提供依据。
Objective: To compare and analyze the differences of volatile components of Perilla frutescens (Perilla frutescens, Perilla frutescens and Perilla frutescens) in the same base. Methods: The volatile components of Perilla frutescens were analyzed by HSGC / MS. The relative percentage of each component was determined by peak area normalization, and the changes of the content of common components were also investigated. Results: The preliminary identification of the volatile components of Perilla frutescens, Perilla frutescens and Perilla frutescens were 47 species, 39 species and 46 species, respectively. The common components were 17 species, the main components were β-caryophyllene, perilla, α-caryophyllene , Limonene, linalool, mushroom alcohol, a-limonene, celery brain and the like. Conclusion: This study provides scientific basis for the scientific elucidation of the difference of traditional efficacy of Perilla frutescens medicinal materials with the same base.
