表面型过滤器的特征表面型过滤器尽管有各种结构形式,但基本上都是由均匀材料组成的,按一定的几何形状形成预定尺寸(在实际制造公差范围内)的微孔或通道。最常用的表面型过滤器是用金属丝或织物纤维编织成的平纹滤网,形成直通微孔。另一种是缠绕或编织成斜纹滤网,以缩小有效微孔尺寸和形成较曲折的通道。可在炉内把滤网接触点烧融再行辗压以调整微孔尺寸。
Surface-type filters feature surface-type filters, in spite of their various forms of construction, are basically micropores or channels made of a uniform material that are shaped to a predetermined size (within practical manufacturing tolerances) in a certain geometry. The most commonly used surface type filter is a plain weave screen woven from metal or fabric fibers to form a through-going microwell. The other is twined or woven into a diagonal screen to reduce the effective pore size and form more tortuous channels. Can be in the furnace to touch the screen melting point and then rolling to adjust the size of the pores.
