政府投资工程在整个国民经济中占有非常重要的地位,它有诸如投资金额巨大、工程意义重大、社会关注程度高等一系列特点。加强政府投资工程的监管工作、完善我国政府投资工程的监管体系至关重要。本文在分析政府工程特点与意义的基础上,深入剖析了我国政府工程存在的主要问题及其原因,并从法律、全过程监管等方面提出完善我国政府工程建设中国家监管体系的政策建议。
The government investment project occupies a very important position in the entire national economy. It has a series of characteristics such as huge investment amount, great project significance and high social concern. It is of vital importance to strengthen the supervision of government investment projects and improve the regulatory system of government investment projects in our country. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and significance of the government project, this article deeply analyzes the main problems and the reasons of the government project in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of our country’s government supervision system in terms of law and the whole process of supervision.
