众所关注的事业单位绩效工资改革,在酝酿了3年之后终于尘埃落定。9月2日,国务院总理温家宝主持召开国务院常务会议,决定分三步实施绩效工资改革,从明年1月1日起,事业单位将全面实行绩效工资制。一场牵动3000万事业人利益的改革大戏,在上演多年后,仍在前奏与调整阶段。在经历了几次绩效考核改革的失败尝试之后,人们关注,这场改革能否达到预期目的。
Concerned about the performance of the public service pay reform, brewing for three years finally settled.
