目的探讨脑梗死急性期尿酸水平改变的特点。方法选取2010年12月~2011年12月来院急性脑梗死患者204人,记录NIHSS评分,收集入院后第二日晨空腹血尿酸,以同期来院体检健康140人为对照组,对两组血尿酸水平进行比较,根据NIHSS评分将研究组分为三组:轻、中、重度神经功能障碍组,三组间患者尿酸水平进行比较。结果与健康对照组相比急性脑梗死患者的血尿酸水平显著下降(t=3.89,P<0.01),轻、中、重度神经功能障碍组间尿酸差异无统计学意义(F=0.242,P>0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者体内抗氧化能力显著下降,提高血尿酸水平增加体内抗氧化能力。
Objective To investigate the changes of uric acid in acute stage of cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 204 patients with acute cerebral infarction from December 2010 to December 2011 were enrolled in the study. NIHSS scores were recorded and fasting serum uric acid was collected on the morning of the second day after admission. The control group of 140 healthy people were included in the study. Blood uric acid According to the NIHSS score, the study group was divided into three groups: mild, moderate and severe neurological dysfunction group, the patients uric acid levels were compared between the three groups. Results Serum uric acid levels in acute cerebral infarction patients were significantly lower than those in healthy controls (t = 3.89, P <0.01). There was no significant difference in uric acid between mild, moderate and severe neurological deficits (F = 0.242, P> 0.05). Conclusion In patients with acute cerebral infarction, the anti-oxidative capacity is significantly decreased, the level of serum uric acid is increased, and the anti-oxidative capacity is increased.
