通过熔融挤出法制备一种生物可降解缓冲包装材料聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯,并测试其表观密度、热学性能、红外光谱及缓冲性能。利用正交实验的极差分析筛选出发泡最佳工艺,通过差示扫描量热分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱、质构仪分别测试缓冲包装材料的热学性能和缓冲性能。结果显示,最佳发泡工艺为发泡剂碳酸氢钠添加量为20%,发泡温度为140℃,发泡时间为25 min,其表观密度为0.18 g/cm~3;NaHCO_3在发泡材料中无残留;30 mm厚的缓冲材料缓冲效果最佳。
A kind of biodegradable cushioning polyadipate / polybutylene terephthalate was prepared by melt extrusion, and the apparent density, thermal properties, infrared spectra and buffer properties were tested. The best foam blowing technology was screened by the range analysis of orthogonal experiment. The thermal properties and cushioning properties of the cushioning packaging materials were tested by differential scanning calorimetry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and texture analyzer respectively. The results showed that the optimum foaming process was foaming agent sodium bicarbonate 20%, foaming temperature 140 ℃, foaming time 25 min, and apparent density 0.18 g / cm ~ 3. No residue in the foam material; 30 mm thick cushioning material best cushioning effect.
