目的科学、合理设置分枝杆菌菌株库菌株资料系统内容及资料收集流程,努力提高分枝杆菌菌株库建设水平。方法将分枝杆菌菌株库菌株资料系统建设分为三大部分:菌株资料内容设计、资料收集流程设置和相应信息系统建设。①依据分枝杆菌菌株库的功能作用,结合结核病基础、临床、流行病学和控制策略研究的最新成就,设计“分枝杆菌菌株库菌株/病例资料登记卡”;②依据登记卡确定资料收集流程并试运行,而后根据实践效果不断对登记卡内容和资料收集流程进行修正与完善;③采用网络通讯和数据库技术建立菌株资料信息系统模块。结果 ①通过反复论证和实践检验,设计了内容较为全面、系统、科学而且实践可行的“分枝杆菌菌株库菌株/病例资料登记卡”。其主要内容包括:菌株检索信息、菌株生物学信息、菌株-患者链接信息、患者一般资料、患者结核病治疗管理资料和菌株间链接信息。②资料依次按照菌株生物学信息、菌株-患者链接信息、患者一般资料、患者结核病治疗管理资料和菌株间链接信息进行收集,最后确定菌株检索信息和菌株间链接信息。信息收集以相应的治疗周期为限。③依据登记卡内容和资料收集流程,采用SQL SERVER大型数据库和Delph i7开发工具开发了菌株资料信息系统模块。结论进行分枝杆菌菌株库菌株资料系统的建设必须达到内容科学性和实践可行性的高度统一,并须有专业性强、功能性好、易于操作的信息系统支持以采集、分析、处理庞杂的资料信息。

Results ① Through repeated proofs and practical tests, the “Mycobacterium strain library / case data registration card” was designed which is more comprehensive, systematic, scientific and practical. Its main contents include: strain retrieval information, strain biological information, strain - patient link information, patient general information, patient tuberculosis treatment management information and strain linkage information. ② The data were collected according to the strain biological information, strain-patient link information, patient general information, patient tuberculosis treatment and management information and inter-strain linkage information, and finally confirmed the strain retrieval information and the inter-strain linkage information. Information collection is limited to the appropriate treatment period. ③ According to the registration card content and data collection process, using SQL SERVER large database and Delph i7 development tools to develop a strain data information system module. Conclusion The construction of mycobacterial strain database system must be highly consistent with the scientific and practical feasibility of the content, and should be supported by specialized, functional and easy-to-operate information systems to collect, analyze and deal with complex Information information.
