本刊于1989年第1期发表的“临床检验科的组织形式要改革”一文,受到了各级医院检验人员的关注.大家踊跃撰稿和发表意见,寄来了不少具有远见卓识的文章和信函.许多来稿分祈了目前检验科管理方面存在的问题,并结合实际对科学管理作了有益的探讨.对检验科的组织形武的看法。绝大多数来稿与顾可粱同志建议的内容一致.认为目前的组织形式迫切需要改革。但对如何建立新的组织形式,缺乏全面而深入细致的、理论联系实际的分祈和探讨。随着改革的深入和各级人员的重视。相信大家会在实践中建立一种既适合国情和本单位实际情况,又便于有效管理、更有利于对病人的服务及技术水平和工作质量提高的组织形式。我们选用部分来稿,以“检验科管理讨论”的形式刊出,希望能对大家探讨检验科的全面管理有所裨益.
