企业改制涉及到方方面面,必然会对广大职工的传统思想观念、传统思维模式产生震荡,对部分职工的既得利益构成冲击。要加大思想政治工作的力度,把它贯彻到企业改制过程的始终,保证企业改制的顺利进行。
Involving all aspects of enterprise restructuring, the workers and staff will inevitably have the traditional ideological concepts and traditional modes of thinking and shocks, which have an impact on the vested interests of some employees.
