笔者拥有3个网站的6个邮箱,分别为新浪邮箱3个、163邮箱1个、QQ邮箱2个,用于联系不同的人群。但是,登录3个网站,输入6个邮箱的用户名和密码,是相当繁琐的事情。Foxmail是一个中文版电子邮件客户端软件,支持全部的Internet电子邮件功能。用该软件设置好所有帐户后(本文中的“账户”一词均用“帐户”形式,以求与电脑显示一致——编者注),便可实现一键收发所有网站邮箱的邮件,省去一一登录网站和输入邮箱用户名及其密码的烦恼。同时,使用客户端软件所收到的和曾经发送过的邮件都将在电脑中进行备份,所以如果只是对旧邮件进行阅读和管理,不用上网也可以做到。本文以Foxmail6.5版本为例,介绍如何一键收发不同网站邮箱的邮件。
