一、改革教学内容,落实五育并举 改革教学内容,首先就要从调整课程结构入手。按照国家教委颁发的新课程计划,坚持五育并举,德育为首的原则,开足开好每一门课程,逐步构建起一个使学生整体素质都得到全面发展的课程体系。不随意增减课时科目。加强薄弱学科的教学。同时,各学科都要体现素质教育的特点,面向全体学生注重开发智力,培养能力。结合各学科特点,有机地对学生进行政治思想和道德教育,要克服教学内容脱离实际的现象,注重吸收现代科学新知识,增加与经济建设关系密切的内容。总之,教学内容改革的实质在于:严格遵守国家教委制订的新课程计划,消除主副科的心理意识,加大对“副科”教学监测力度。变教学管理由单纯一张试卷为对教学整体的科学监测,从而使教师注重教学效果,面向全体学生,着力开发智力,培养能力,提高学生的整体素质。
