对分层物体制造工业应用关键技术———废料分离机理进行分析讨论 .从理论上细致地分析了叠层制造的过程 ,分析了不同倾斜角度的平面的成形机理 ,指出该工艺废料难于分离的根本原因是废料与零件未从根本上断开 .在分析了切口与叠层的特性基础上 ,首次提出临界分离角的概念 ,并给出了相应的计算方法和公式 .据此 ,可由叠层材料厚度及激光光斑直径直接确定其临界分离角 ,并进而改变激光切割路径 ,可使废料与零件实现完全分离 .此外还讨论了应用临界分离角的废料网格划分方法 .
