随着我国仪器仪表工业的发展,对仪器仪表表面装饰的要求越来越高。目前我国仪器仪表表面装饰的水平较低,与国外相比有较大的差距,这是仪器仪表行业急待解决的问题之一。为了提高仪器仪表的装饰水平,仪器面板、型材及嵌装件(如旋钮等)的表面处理方法急需改进,应当研究新的铝表面精整加工技术。一、铝表面精饰方法概述国外仪器用铝面板的精饰类型除丝纹状外,多为银白色的漫反射表面。这种表面金属感强,银白色表面由均匀细小的点组成,是一种不反光的漫反射表面。
