城市时代城市化进程仍快速推进,乡村地区人口快速向城镇流动,同时存在乡村地区之间人口的相互流动,这种快速复杂的人口流动对乡村聚落空间造成了深远影响。本文以金坛市村庄布点规划为载体,分析城市时代乡村聚落空间演变特征,提出乡村地区经济发展的空间差异性是乡村人口流动的主要驱动力,并通过多要素评价方法和GIS空间分析,对金坛市乡村地区经济发展潜力进行定量化的空间评价,确定乡村地区经济发展“热点”地区,明确了乡村聚落空间优化的方向。以此研究为基础,提出“从乡村聚落空间演变的驱动力出发,以经济空间差异引导人口流动,以人口流动引导空间优化”的村庄布点规划编制方法。
The process of urbanization in urban areas is still advancing rapidly. Population in rural areas is rapidly moving to cities and towns. At the same time, there is a mutual movement of population among rural areas. Such rapid and complicated population movements have a profound impact on rural settlement space. In this paper, the distribution pattern of village in Jintan is taken as a carrier to analyze the spatial evolvement characteristics of rural settlement in urban times. It is proposed that the spatial disparity of rural economic development is the main driving force of the rural population migration. Through multi-factor evaluation method and GIS spatial analysis, Jintan rural areas, the potential for economic development quantitative space assessment to determine the economic development in rural areas “hot spots ” areas, made clear the direction of rural settlement space optimization. On the basis of this research, this paper proposes a method of village distribution planning based on the driving force of spatial evolution of rural settlements, the guidance of population flow by economic spatial differences and the guidance of spatial optimization by population flow.
