随着计算机技术、互联网技术的不断深入发展与应用,网络化的数控机床成为现代数控机床的发展趋势,然而我国相应的机制、机电等专业人才培训相对滞后。在我国的传统教学中,数控操作与编程序操作都需进行实际操作,这需要学校加大设备的投入。而现阶段数控教学一般采用单机教学,教学系统的设计不能满足数控机床系统网络化发展需求。作者就网络时代数控教学过程中存在的问题进行分析,如何建立网络化教学系统提出自己的见解,以供参考。
With the continuous development and application of computer technology and internet technology, the networked CNC machine tools have become the trend of modern CNC machine tools. However, the training of corresponding mechanics, electromechanical and other professionals in our country lags behind. In our country’s traditional teaching, CNC operation and programming operation need to be carried out in practice, which requires schools to increase investment in equipment. At present, NC teaching generally adopts single teaching, and the design of teaching system can not meet the demand of network development of CNC machine tool system. The author analyzes the existing problems in NC teaching in the Internet age and puts forward his own opinions on how to establish a networked teaching system for reference.
