为保护农民利益和调动农民种粮的积极性,发达国家采取了一系列促进粮食生产的政策措施。而在我国人口不断增长、耕地资源有限、粮食供需矛盾越来越突出的今天,研究借鉴世界先进国家的粮食支持政策,特别是财政政策与信贷政策的协调支持, In order to protect the interests of farmers and mobilize farmers’ enthusiasm for grain production, the developed countries adopted a series of policies and measures to promote food production. Today, with the continuous growth of population, the limited cultivated land resources and the increasingly contradiction between grain supply and demand, we study and learn from the grain supportive policies of the advanced countries in the world, especially the coordinated support of the fiscal and credit policies.
