本文采用2012年鄱阳湖生态经济区大规模实地调查数据,研究气候变化背景下稻农洪涝适应性工程措施采用行为,利用Logit模型进行实证分析。研究发现,大部分稻农会采取适应性工程措施应对洪涝灾害,采取的措施主要是农机排涝和开沟清渠。影响稻农洪涝适应性工程措施采用行为的因素包括年龄、文化水平、气候变化感知、家庭兼业程度、亲戚数量等稻农自身因素,还包括地形、土壤、水稻类型及村经济水平、水利设施状况、信息获取及政府政策的支持等外部环境因素。
Based on the large-scale field survey data of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone in 2012, this paper studies the adaptive behavior of rice and agriculture under the background of climate change and adopts the Logit model for empirical analysis. The study found that most rice farmers will take adaptive engineering measures to deal with floods, the main measures taken are agricultural drainage and ditching. Factors influencing the adaptive measures of rice-farming floods include behavioral factors such as age, cultural level, climate change perception, degree of family part-time employment, and relatives’ numbers, and other factors such as landform, soil, rice type and village economy, water conservancy facilities Status, access to information and government policy support and other external environmental factors.
