本文对锻造液压机立柱的受力及使用中出现的问题进行分析,得出的结论是:立柱的应力集中是导致立柱破坏的主要原因。采用预应力的立柱结构,可避免立柱应力集中,提高其抗疲劳性能,增大框架的刚性和防松能力。文章提出了预应力结构立柱的设计和计算方法,确定了双柱下拉式锻造液压机允许的偏心锻造范围。
In this paper, the forces on the columns of forging hydraulic press and the problems in their use are analyzed. The conclusion is: stress concentration of the columns is the main reason leading to column failure. The use of prestressed column structure, column stress can be concentrated to improve its anti-fatigue properties, increase the rigidity and anti-loose frame capacity. In this paper, the design and calculation method of prestressed structural column are put forward, and the allowable eccentric forging range of double column pull forging hydraulic machine is determined.
