10Cr-2Mo-V-Nb系铁素体耐热钢已成为发电设备用的重要材料之一。这类耐热钢由于不含Ni、Co等合金元素,其成本比奥氏体型耐热钢低1/4~1/3。Cr含量较高提高了钢的抗氧化性及高温强度,这类钢有较好的耐腐蚀性,是快速中子反应堆的良好材料。当碳量较低时钢具有较好的可焊性及抗质量迁移性。其使用温度为550~650℃。藤田利夫等研究证明,其最佳化学成分是:Cr量10%左右;Mo量2.0%左右;V量0.1%左右;Nb量0.5%左右。
10Cr-2Mo-V-Nb ferritic heat-resistant steel has become one of the important materials for power generation equipment. Such heat-resistant steel because it does not contain Ni, Co and other alloying elements, the cost of austenitic heat-resistant steel lower than 1/4 to 1/3. High Cr content improves the oxidation resistance and high temperature strength of steels. These steels have good corrosion resistance and are good materials for fast neutron reactors. Steel has better solderability and resistance to mass transfer when the carbon content is lower. Its operating temperature is 550 ~ 650 ℃. Fujita Lev and other studies have shown that the best chemical composition is: Cr content of about 10%; Mo content of about 2.0%; V content of about 0.1%; Nb content of about 0.5%.
